Some customers wish to minimize the time used for purchasing/ordering. A home call can be made in various ways. Often a web portal has been created between HT Laser and the customer through which managing the orders is according to agreement and routine. The customer can see the suppliers reaction even with one hours precision.

- "My customer sends orders from Ireland all the time through a web portal. The products are delivered to his ware house in Finland. This is easy as the order confirmation is done in the portal and no other documentation is necessary. Even the drawings can be stored in the portal or our intranet", says Eija.
