Set deliveries

We have a solid experience in starting set deliveries and setting up an optimal production chain. Our set delivery service serves well e.g. a machine manufacturer who needs to have sets for an entire machine directly to the assembly line.

This service requires accuracy, quality and strict process control and a production process management in real time and an up to date stock keeping.

Because the deliveries of the sets to the assembly line are very time critical the pruchasing material must also be timely or in a form of a prognosis. Depending on the properties of the components a specific production turnaround time is agreed for them.

A swift reaction to deviations is guaranteed thanks to the large production capacity of HT Laser and an operation control system connecting all units.
