Customer products

We also manufacture our customers end products.  HT can create a process to manufacture the customers end product, which may consist of a serially manufactured product or a product for a specific project including marking and labeling if needed. Even product testing is possible e. g. pressure tests for pressure vessels or 3D precision measuring. Especially thin plate constructions can be inspected by our technology team to find eventual ways to improve the product.  

CASE

As an example can be mentioned the rolo-cupboard shown in the picture. This has been manufactured by Elekmerk, a daughter company of HT Laser.

The customer needed a new product - a rolo-cupboard. The designing was done within  the HT Laser Technology Team from the beginning based on the customers requirements and needs.  At first various alternavie visual models were created and the customer chose the best functioning of them. Then production drawings were made together with their 3D models and the most suitable production methods were chosen. On the basis of the production drawings the first proto type was made.

In the end we manufactured the production series and the products are now in use at various locations.
