Laser
Time and money can be saved by exploiting the precision of laser cutting, the high quality of the cut edge and the posibilities in design allowed by this technology.
Laser cuts are easy to produce
The advantage of laser cuttings is based on designing the parts to reduce the need for further processing and to eliminate the need for expensive tools. Both material handling and the number of work phases is reduced. Making alterations to the structure of the parts and new versions of them including difficult and complex and accurate details and forms become easy to realise. It is also to be noted that aluminium can be laser cut. This eliminates the need to oxidise before eventual welding.
